A friendly, straightforward approach to refunds and returns for the digital bundles we sell.

1. Our approach
We want every person who buys one of our bundles to feel that it was money well spent. If something is not right, please write to us at our Contact page and we will do everything we reasonably can to put it right. We would always rather hear from you than have you sit on a quiet sense of disappointment.
2. Your statutory rights (UK)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a fourteen-day cooling-off period to cancel most online purchases. Because our products are digital downloads, this right is more limited: once you have started to download or stream the files, you are deemed to have waived your right to cancel for the remainder of that cooling-off period. We make this clear at the point of purchase before you tick the box to begin the download.
3. When we will refund
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- You ordered a bundle and have not yet started to download or stream any of its files.
- The files you received are corrupt or incomplete and we are not able to provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.
- You were charged for a bundle in error, for example because of a duplicated payment.
- The bundle is materially different from how it is described on the website.
4. When we may not refund
Outside the situations above, we may decline a refund, particularly where:
- You have already downloaded all of the files in the bundle and confirmed acceptance of the digital-download waiver.
- You have changed your mind about a bundle that you have fully accessed.
- An unreasonable amount of time has passed since the original order (typically more than thirty days).
Even in these cases, please still write to us. We look at every request individually and we often find a fair middle ground.
5. How to request a refund
- Visit our Contact page and send a message using the form.
- Include the order reference, the date of purchase and a short note describing the issue.
- Tell us briefly what outcome would feel fair to you.
We will acknowledge your message within two working days and provide a final response within fourteen days.
6. How refunds are processed
Where a refund is agreed, it will be returned to the original payment method. The funds usually appear within five to ten working days, depending on your card issuer. We do not charge any administration fee for processing a refund.
7. Replacement files
If the issue is technical โ a corrupt download or a missing file โ we will normally offer a replacement first. This is usually faster than a refund and means you get to keep the bundle you originally wanted.
8. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request, please tell us so directly. We will escalate it to a member of the studio leadership and respond in writing within fourteen days. You also have the right to raise the matter with the relevant UK consumer authority.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our small studio evolves. The most current version will always be on this page, with the “last updated” date shown at the top.
