Terms of Use

The small set of rules that govern your use of this website and the bundles we sell. Written in plain English.

Last updated:

1. About these terms

These terms set out the basis on which you may access and use the Anklesoasieve website and the digital session bundles offered through it. By using the site you confirm that you accept these terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Who we are

Anklesoasieve is the trading name of a small movement studio located at 372 King's Rd, London SW3 5UZ, United Kingdom. You can reach us through the form on our Contact page.

3. Use of the site

You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the site in any way that breaks any applicable UK law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
  • Use any automated tool to scrape, copy or republish substantial portions of the content.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the site or with other visitors' use of it.

4. Account and orders

If you place an order for a digital bundle, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old. A contract is formed only once we have sent you a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our reasonable discretion, for example if a product is unexpectedly unavailable.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices on the site are in British pounds and include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken at the point of order through a regulated payment provider. We do not store payment card details on our own systems.

6. Digital bundles — what to expect

Our bundles are educational guides and audio prompts for gentle movement and posture. They are written for adults in generally good health who simply want to add small, considered routines to their everyday activity. They are not personalised advice and they are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional. If you have any underlying condition or are recovering from injury, please speak to a qualified professional before starting any new movement routine.

7. Intellectual property

All text, images, audio, illustrations and code on this site are owned by Anklesoasieve or our licensors and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright. You may view and download material for your own personal use, but you must not copy, redistribute or republish any part of the site without our prior written consent.

8. Third-party links

Where we link to external sites, those links are provided for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content of any third-party site. You access them at your own risk.

9. Availability

We do our best to keep the site available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, for maintenance or for reasons outside our reasonable control.

10. Our responsibility to you

We take reasonable care in producing our content, but we make no warranty that the information on the site is complete, accurate or current. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be on this page, with the date shown at the top. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Questions
